The procedures described here aim to ensure a common view of the workflow during assignments in order to facilitate the change of staff. Pilots and WSOs knows who do what and when even if it’s the first time flying together.</br>

The division of responsibilities between the front and back seats is very different than on other platforms such as the F-14, here both crew members control 90% of the F-15E's abilities. This means in a way that the coordination within the crew needs to be more structured and well practiced unlike the F-14 where it comes more naturally who does what due to the fact that some systems are limited to the front/back seat.

Crew Workflow
